How long has the Ophtavenir network been in existence?

We opened our first centre in 2017. The Ophtavenir network now has 5 centres, rising to 9 by the end of 2022.

What minimum contribution do you require from a future partner?

We are asking for a personal contribution of €10,000.

The average turnover of a centre?

The average turnover of our centres is more than €1.5 million.

Do we have to pay management fees?

The management fee for the centre is 6% of pre-tax turnover.

What size are the centres?

Ophtavenir centres welcome a large number of patients – each centre must have an area dedicated to pre-consultation, consultation and intra vitreal injection measuring a minimum of 250 to 300 m².

Do you help prospective associates in the location search?

Yes, Ophtavenir supports you every step of the way. Location is a fundamental element that must be appropriate for the medical and surgical speciality as well as the proximity of operating theatres. We are looking for centres in cities with more than 15,000 inhabitants with a low density of ophthalmologists.

Do you have an architect?

Yes, our architect accompanies you throughout the creation of your project. Their mission is to provide you with a space aligned with our functional concept, adapted to medical practice. The architect presents various proposals and, following validation, submits a file to the project manager enabling them to submit a work request or a building permit. Each centre thus retains its uniqueness and its own personality.

✓ Commitment to personal liability of 40 to 60% for financial loans (according to the guarantees offered by the BPI)
✓ The payment of rents and charges allows the property investment company to repay the entire mortgage
